August 7, 2004 – October 30, 2004
As much as the painters in oil expanded the frontiers of Modernism in California, so too did those artists who worked in other media. This exhibition focuses exclusively on works on paper by important and lesser-known California Modernists working in the 1920s, 1930s, and 1940s.
The exhibition features watercolors, graphite and charcoal drawings, linoleum block prints, woodcuts, serigraphs, lithographs, and works in other media on paper.
We are pleased to offer artwork for both the beginning and advanced collector.
A color brochure of the exhibition is available upon request.
